If you have multiple issues around your house or rental property that need fixing, I am the man to call. I have a wide range of skills to help address most maintenance issues. I can even troubleshoot most appliances and repair/build furniture.

Experience:
I am the former maintenance supervisor at AMK Property (now SD Properties). We managed over 30 properties around San Diego county.
I have over 15 years experience in hardwood floor installation/repair/and refinishing. (CA lic#851592 Panighetti Hardwood)
I worked for years building fences at Picket Fence Co, and assisted building custom boats at Stringari Skiffs.
My Rates:
I charge $50/hr with a $100 minimum, *plus materials.
Flooring Flat Rates:
Wood/Laminate: Floating Floor Install- $1/sqr ft labor Glue-Down-$4/sqr ft
Refinishing Hardwood floors- $3.75/sqr ft total (includes labor and materials)
Tile-$5/sqr ft (includes thin-set and grout. *certain restrictions apply)
